When not consumed by my regular job, you can find me behind the camera lens, looking for the unique moment that begs to be preserved with a photo.

I began the journey to photography almost twenty years ago, when a colleague asked me to build a video documentary for her school organization.  In the years since, I have recorded, edited and produced concerts, memoirs, travel documentaries, interviews, stage shows, and family keepsakes.

During this adventure in video, another request came in to shoot photos at a professional conference.  Why not? I said.  I've got all this free time on my hands!

That first conference led to another, then another, and ... well, I'm still shooting that same professional conference and love it!  I wanted to explore other styles of photography, which led me to take part in classes and clinics, which led to more shooting.  The experience gained through simply pressing the shutter button over and over and over has helped shape me into the photographer I am today.

Most of my shooting these days is in the sports arena and on the playing fields.  I also work in the events circle, often collaborating with close photographer friends whom I greatly admire.

I hope you enjoy the images contained within these pages.  All work is my own and is represented as copyrighted material.
